Bruce Alden came back to Kona for his second trip of the season. He fished with a couple of my friends because we were booked. We had a great trip with him last year and hoped to do it again. Bruce had a bunch of lures over before he left to come over. They were an amazing collection of lures by all of the best lure makers in Hawaii. ry half and hour and they found that most of them ran really well. We caught a fish in the morning on a jet that was made by Gary Ehoff and was a squid colored lure. It was a light jet that ran great. The fish came up on the polu Kai blue tubulation then went over and ate the jet. Nice to get a fish right off the bat.
