Rick White veteran Captain came out with his family today. We had a great start catching this marlin right off the bat. We were trying to get to the dolphins to catch ahi and just couldn’t get there. Right after we caught the fish I worked the area and raised a monster on the stinger. At first it looked big but we had no idea how big. It stuck its bill up and climbed out of the water. The head and dorsal popped up and it was a true monster. She tried 2 times and left missing her both times. What a fish. We worked the area all day and on a pass in tight on the ledge we raised another really nice fish that exploded on the long rigger and we missed that one as well. The fish was quite a bit smaller and looked all of 700. Rare to see 2 big ones in one day. Sorry we missed them but they were sure good to see.
