Today we hunted sheep early and planned to hunt goats if we got lucky early. We found a nice herd and had a great hunt. John made a nice shot in a big herd of sheep which can be a challenge to make sure we get the right one. It is also hard not to shoot 2 sheep with one shot when we are trying to make the shots. It really takes team work to make sure we get the right ram. There was a good number of nice rams so it was confusing. He got the right ram making our plan to head south for goats a day early.
