Kona fishing icon Phil Parker passed away this week. Phil was the voice of many of the Kona tournaments. He is known as KC longnose and his unique voice will forever be remembered as he kept score of the round ups and encouraged teams on . A service and burial at sea to follow really was touching as most of the fleet was there to bid their goodbye to one of the great fishing personalities of our Kona fleet. Good bye Uncle Phil.
