Today we had Jimmy’s brother in law Trey and son Nate “Nate Dog” Miller had a great day to be honest by accident. We caught a spearfish to begin with out in the deep looking for the dolphins. We trolled away from where we caught the spear and minutes later we had a blue bite the long rigger. We got a tag in the fish and I worked the area. I marked a fish at 20 fathoms then one at 40 fathoms so I kept working the area. I gave up and left and went in towards shore. 20 minutes later we raised a small fish on the teaser and teased it in for a bit and it went back and bit the short rigger. We missed him on that and ended up hooked it on the long rigger and jumped him off. I turned to go back out to the spot we were getting bit and got another one stuck on the right rigger. James did a great job wiring today. At 13 does a great job! Here you see Mat standing guard and talking him through each one. Once we tagged no 2 we tried a pass to the inside and got another one on the inside on the 500 fa line. 3 blues and a spear, nice day.
